If you have any problems with this program press switch on debug mode, repeat the problem steps, press the button "Send Log File to Support". The file will be sent to support team.
Parameters of log file:
1. "Clear log file if size is maximum" check box.
2. "Maximum size" - when maximum size is reached log file is cleaned if option "Clear log file when size is maximum" is switched on.
Media viewer using third part plugins (ActiveX) to play video and audio files. And if you have any problems with program stability when playing music and video you should download latest version of this plugins. GetWebPics uses the following plugins: MS Windows Media Player (audio, video), Apple QuickTime (QuickTime video, audio like ".mov") and Macromedia Flash Played for flash movies.
If after update trouble plugin problems still exists you can switch off this plugin.
